Bursting with vegetables - operator promotion

1. The Prize Draw is open to all bona fide UK catering establishments and caterers and their employees aged 18 or over. All employees must seek the permission of their employer before participating in the promotion.
2. To enter collect and return 20 or more completed entry cards for the Bursting with Vegetables promotion from your customers, and send this with the your name, outlet name and address.
3. Closing date for receipt of the completed entry cards: 0.00 (GMT), 14.01.07. When the promotion is over, send all completed entry cards to Torchb2b, KNORR 100% SOUP Hamper, FREEPOST ANG 7683, Ampthill, Bedford MK45 2BR.
4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or illegible entries will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted.
5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. There are five prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a £125 cheque to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables to be raised in the name of the outlet.
7. The first five entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received before the closing date will win the prize. The decision of the judge is final.
8. Only the Prize Winners will be notified. This will be by telephone within 30 days of the Closing date. The Prize Winners must claim the prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules. No cash alternative or refund for any prize.
9. Winners should allow 28 days from the date they claim their prize for the delivery of the prize. Please note that taking the prize may have tax implications which are the responsibility of the winners.
10. The winner’s details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Torchb2b, FREEPOST ANG 7683, Ampthill, Bedford MK45 2BR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
11. The Promotion winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
