"I can't believe it's not Butter" was launched in the UK in 1991 by Unilever, having been around in the US since 1986. This year sees the brand re-born with an even more buttery taste and an eye-catching new pack design. Starting in mid-February 2006 is a series of TV adverts featuring Ozzy Osbourne in his first ever UK TV commercial. Jon Culshaw, one of the UK's best impersonators, appears alongside Ozzy as his double. The big question will be ‘Who is the real Ozzy?’ The adverts play on the fact that "I can't believe it's not Butter" now tastes so much like butter that the two Ozzies can’t tell the difference. |
