Bursting with vegetables - consumer promotion

1. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. When you buy a portion of KNORR 100% SOUP at participating restaurants or eateries, you will receive a loyalty card and vegetable stamp. For each subsequent portion of soup purchased you will receive a vegetable stamp on your loyalty card (five stamps per loyalty card). Once you have collected all five stamps on your card, complete your name and address details on the reverse of the card, then pop your entry into the Bursting with Vegetables collection box.
3. No purchase necessary. Send your name, address and contact details on the back of a postcard to Torchb2b, KNORR 100% SOUP Hamper, FREEPOST ANG 7683, Ampthill, Bedford MK45 2BR.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided the entry requirements are fulfilled.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or illegible entries will be accepted. Entries which are not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
6. Closing date for entries: 0.00 (GMT), 31.12.07.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
8. There are 20 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of 4 medium sized organic vegetable hampers (total value £60) to be delivered over 4 consecutive weeks. Each vegetable box will usually contain the following items: new potatoes carrots, red cabbage, cauliflower, yellow peppers, lettuce, onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and celery. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or any element of it for an alternative of equal or greater value. Only one prize per entrant.
9. The first 20 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received by the Closing Date will win the prize. The decision of the judge is final.
10. Only the Prize Winners will be notified. This will be by telephone within 30 days of the Closing date. The Prize Winners must claim the prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules. No cash alternative or refund for any prize.
11. Winners should allow 28 days from the date they claim their prize for the delivery of the first vegetable box. The remaining three boxes will be delivered over the three weeks following the first delivery, in one week intervals.
12. The winner’s details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Torchb2b, FREEPOST ANG 7683, Ampthill, Bedford MK45 2BR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
13. The Promotion winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
14. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
