Unilever Foodsolutions Terms and Conditions for PG TIPS TEA & KLIX – Collect 5 tea tabs

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and publicly funded bodies, its agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. To enter the prize draw collect five PG Tips tea foil tags from KLIX vending cups and send them with a completed entry form with a A4 SAE to the Promotion Address.
3. No purchase necessary. Simply fill in the entry form and send it with an SAE to the Promotion Address.
4. No photocopies will be accepted. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
5. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries that are damaged, delayed or misplaced in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
6. The prize fund consists of one main prize of £1000 holiday vouchers and 6000 runner-up prizes of Monkeys. The Monkeys are knitted and are approximately 19cm in height. Note they are not suitable for children under 3 years old. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. There will be six weekly draws - 1000 per week (6000 for the whole promotion) which will take place on 28th Feb, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th March and 4th April 2007. Entries received by 5pm (GMT) on these dates will be entered into the relevant draw. The first 1000 entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received by the relevant draw date will each get a Monkey. No person can win more than one Monkey.
8. All entries will be entered into the main draw to win the £1000 worth of holiday vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may only be redeemed at a specified travel agency. The Winner must arrange the reservation directly with the agency.
9. Closing date for receipt of entries to win the main prize is 04/04/07
10. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date specified in point 9 will win the main prize.
11. The prizes may give rise to tax liabilities which are the responsibility of the winners.
12. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winners of the Monkeys will receive their prize within 28 days of the date of the relevant draw. The Monkeys will be sent in the SAE provided at the time of entry.
14. The winner of the main prize will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date specified in point 8. The main prize winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
15. A list of prize winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked Klix PG Tips promotion to the Promotion address after 16/07/07.
16. The main prize winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the reward of the prize
17. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference.
