Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. The prize fund consists of 6000 knitted Monkeys, 19cm in height. Note that these Monkeys are not suitable for children under 3 years old. No cash alternative.
3. To enter buy a cup of PG Tips tea, and it shall state clearly on the cup whether you are a winner or not. Send the winning cup with an A4 SAE to the Promotion address. One Monkey per person.
4. No purchase necessary. For an equal chance to win send an A4 SAE to the Promotion Address. On receipt of the SAE, a cup will be drawn on your behalf by an independent adjudicator. Only the winners will be notified. One Monkey per person
5. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. No person can win more than one Monkey.
6. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 5p.m. (GMT) 07/07/2007 The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries that are damaged, delayed or misplaced in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
7. The prizes shall be delivered within 28 days of the closing date in the A4 SAE provided at the time of entry.
8. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
