Flora Get Your Fats Right Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Open to bona fide catering establishments established in the UK and their employees aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter and any publicly funded bodies, their immediate families and agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.

2. Employees must seek the permission of their employer to take part in the Draws.

3. No purchase necessary . To enter, complete the Flora Get Your Fats Right Quiz, at www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.uk which consists of 10 questions on the Flora Get Your Fats Right Training Material. The 10 questions entrants must answer shall be selected randomly from a pool of 36 questions. Entrants must answer 7 out of 10 questions correctly to gain access to the Draw entry form, which entrants must fill out to enter the Monthly Draw.

4. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules. All instructions form part of the rules.

5. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. The Monthly Prize fund consists of 6 Flora branded pedometers, one to be won each month for a six month period.

7. The prizes may give rise to tax liabilities which are the responsibility of the winners.

8. There are no cash alternatives available for either of these prizes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer prizes of equivalent or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. Closing date for receipt of entries for the Monthly Prize Draw is midnight (GMT) on the last day of each calendar month commencing with 29^th February 2008 and ending 31^st July 2008 .

10. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received in the month preceding the relevant closing date for a Monthly Draw will win the Monthly Prize.

11. All Monthly Prizes shall be delivered to the company address supplied by the winners on the entry form, within 28 days of the closing date for relevant Monthly Draw.

12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
