Our two latest varieties to the range: Fresh Egg Garganelli – a dried pasta with a twist on the penne shape. Linguine – ideal for sauces, salads and stir-frys. - As with the rest of the range both are made from 100% durum wheat and produced in Italy.
- Like other egg varieties in the range, the Garganelli is enriched with whole egg for a colour similar to fresh pasta.
