Bouquest a l'italienne is a blend made from basil, red peppers, oregano, garlic and parsleyand adds aroma to pasta, minestrone soup and tomato-based sauces. Great also on bruschetta. Can also be added to mayonnaise or creme fraiche to creat a flavoursome dip. Also to add flavour to dressings.

Highly concentrated - 2 tablespoons of paste is comparable to 5 tablespoons of fresh herbs.
