What do these claims mean? PreparationCan be heated on the hob or in a combi steamer oven.
On the Hob, Cut open the pouch, pour contents into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
In a Combi-steamer oven Preheat the Combi-steamer oven to 95°C, 100% steam. Place the unopened pouch in a perforated tray suitable for use in the Combi-steamer oven. Heat for 30 minutes at max. 95°C 100% steam. Remove from oven, taking care as contents will be very hot, open pouch and transfer to serving unit. StorageStore in a cool dry place away from bright light and strong odours. Once opened, refrigerate any unused sauce in a clean dry, sealed container and use within 24hrs (if previously heated) or 48hrs (not previously heated) Shelf life9 months shelf life unopened
