What do these claims mean? PreparationOn the hob: Pour contents into saucepan and heat soup to a minimum temp of 75C stirring to assist heat transfer.
In a Combi-steamer oven: preheat to 100C, 100% steam. Place the bag in a perforated tray suitable for use in the combi-oven. Heat for 30 mins on 100% steam at 100C. Pour contents into bain marie holder. Stir to assist heat transfer and ensure that the temperature is more than 75C.
Yield40 x 250ml portions StorageStore in a cool dry place away from bright light and strong odours. Once opened, refrigerate and unused soup in a clean, dry, sealed container and use within 24hrs (if previously heated) or 72 hrs (not previously heated). Shelf lifenine months (unopened)
