CHOPPED GARLIC SUSPENDED IN OIL
- Adds flavour to soups, sauces and salad dressing, to coat meats prior to cooking or simply spread to create garlic bread. Great in herb butters and can also be added to mayonnaise or creme fraiche to create a flavoursome dip.
- Perfect for marinating, stir frying, roasting and finishing soups.
- Highly concentrated - 2 tablespoons of paste is comparable to 5 tablespoons of fresh herbs.
