Preparation
Advance Preparation
Warm the service plates. Prepare ingredients as directed
Method:
1. Bring a suitable sized pan to a medium heat, add the sunflower oil, beef and vegetables and gently fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned
remove any excess fat or oil.
2. Add the KNORR Bolognaise Sauce to the beef, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
3. Serve the bolognaise, centre of the warmed plate, topped with grated cheese garnished with chopped parsley.
Handy hint:
Can be served with crusty bread, preferably wholemeal and salad.
Healthy Hint:
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish. Try using wholewheat pasta or alternatively mix wholewheat with white pasta in a 50:50 mix.
