Preparation

Advance Preparation
Warm the service plates. Pre heat an oven to 200ºC (400ºF) gas 6. Prepare the vegetables as directed
Method
1. Combine the Peppers, Carrot, peas and onion with the KNORR Tomato and Basil sauce. Cover, label and refrigerate until required for use. Can
be heated in advance if required and hel in a bain marie.

2. Place fish fillets on a baking tray. Place into pre-heated oven and bake for 18-25 minutes. (or follow on pack instruction)
3. Bring sauce to a boil, and keep warm until required.

4. Ensure fish is thoroughly cooked.

5. Serve the fish, centre of the plate with 60ml portion of the salsa served to the side.
Handy hint
Serve with potatoes with the skins on as this will enhance the fibre content of the dish. If storing the fish in a hot cupboard, place in a tin with a lid to prevent drying out. Substitute any of the KNORR Mediteranian sauce range.

Healthy Nutritional Hint
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish. Serve with tomatoes and broccoli to enhance the Vitamin A and calcium levels in this dish.
