180gYellow peppers , diced
250gChicken breast, skinless , cut into strips
250gChicken thigh, skinless & boneless , cut into strips
300mlKNORR Americas Sweet Hickory BBQ Ready to Use Sauce 
20gParsley , chopped

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Warm serving bowls. If using an oven pre-heat to 180ºC ( 350ºF) Gas 4. If steaming ensure steamer is on and ready for use. Prepare ingredients as directed

Method
1. Place all ingredients in to a suitable steamer or oven dish, ensure the KNORR BBQ sauce is mixed throughout.
2. If steaming, triple seal the dish with cling film and one layer of tin foil. For oven cook cover with tight fitting lid or tin foil.
3. Place into the pre heated steamer (or oven) for 40 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4. Serve in a warmed serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.

Handy hint
This recipe can be cooked in a dry oven as well as steamer. Simply cover with foil and bake until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with a selection of vegetables or salad.

Healthy hint
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
