Chicken and Spinach Tikka Masala 11+ Years

| 530 | ml | KNORR PATAKS Tikka Masala Ready to Use Sauce |
| 250 | g | Frozen spinach defrosted drained weight |
| 30 | g | Coriander chopped |
Preparation
Advance Preparation
Warm the service plates. Prepare ingredients as directed.
Method:
1. Bring suitable pan to a medium heat, add the oil, chicken and onions, fry for a few minutes to seal the meat. Cover with a lid and simmer
gently on a low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add the KNORR Pataks Tikka Masala Sauce, tomatoes and spinach stirring the sauce to ensure even distribution, simmer for a further 5
minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Serve with a garnish of chopped coriander sprinkled on top of each portion.
Service Hint
Served with a portion of rice, preferably brown rice or a combination of brown and white rice in a 50:50 mix. The KNORR Pataks Sauce can be substituted for any of the KNORR Pataks Indian ready to use range. This recipe can be cooked in an oven or steamer.
