Chicken and Ham Patties 5-11 Years

Preparation
Advance Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F Gas 4 and warm suitable serving bowls. Prepare the ingredients as directed.
Method
1. Mix the chicken, ham, potatoes and parsley together with a spatula or place in a food processor and process for a few seconds only.
2. Form 20 x 30g patties using floured hands. Dip in the egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Place the patties onto a suitable oven tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
4. Heat the KNORR Tomato and basil sauce and place into a suitable serving bowl.
5. Serve the patties, 2 per portion with a 40ml portion of KNORR Tomato and basil sauce.
Service Hint
Serve with a portion of rice, preferably brown rice or a combination of brown and white rice in a 50:50 mix. Substitute the KNORR sauce for any from the KNORR Mediterranean range.
Healthy hint
Keep added salt to a minimum. Use an unsaturated oil (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used, or use FLORA. Serve with a portion of carrots and broccoli to increase the vitamin A content of the dish.
