Baked Chocolate Pudding 5-11 Years (Flora Buttery)

| 140 | g | Brown sugar |
| 350 | ml | Water |
Preparation
Advance Preparation.
Pre-heat the oven to 160ºC (325ºF) Gas Mark3. Lightly grease and flour a baking tin. Sieve the plain flour and baking powder and mix with the wholemeal flour.
Method.
1. In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy by hand whisk or machine.
2. Add a small amount of egg whisking continuously and continue in this manner until all the egg is beaten in and the mixture is light and
fluffy.
3. Fold in the flour, baking powder, and 35g of the cocoa powder, pour the mixture in a the baking tin.
4. Dissolve the brown sugar and the rest of the cocoa powder in the hot water and pour over of the pudding mix.
5. Bake in the pre heated oven for approximately 1 hour or until the pudding is cooked throughout.
Service Hint.
Serve with either Custard 120g portion, Ice cream 85g portion, Low fat yogurt up to 150g.
