Ingredients (10 portions)

600gCheddar cheese, reduced fat grated or sliced
200gTomatoes sliced
200gCucumber sliced
100gLettuce mixed leaves thoroughly washed and dried
100gBaby leaf spinach thoroughly washed and dried
100gFLORA Original 6x2kg 

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Thoroughly wash the salad items and prepare the remaining ingredients as directed.

Method
1. Slice the roll and spread with the FLORA.

2. Place prepared salad items into the roll and top with the cheese.

3. Wrap and label as appropriate.

4. Serve.

Handy Hint
Wholemeal or brown bread will enhance the intake of fibre.

Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
