| 600 | g | Topside of beef trimmed of fat roasted and sliced |

Preparation
Advance Preparation
Thoroughly wash the salad items and prepare the remaining ingredients as directed.
Method
1. Slice the baguette and spread with the FLORA.
2. Place prepared salad items into the baguette topped with the roast beef.
3. Wrap and label as appropriate.
4. Serve.
Handy Hint
Wholemeal will enhance the intake of fibre.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
