Peach melba

| 300 | g | Raspberries |
| 500 | ml | CARTE D'OR Raspberry Coulis |
| 50 | g | Ratafia biscuits or Tuille (optional) |
Preparation
Advance preparation
Chill the serving dishes/glasses before service
1. Drain the peaches, cut in half and arrange in appropriate dishes with a scoop or two of ice cream.
2. Top with the fresh raspberries.
3. Serve with the raspberry coulis masked over garnished with the biscuits
