1lCARTE D'OR Creme Vanilla Ice-cream
300gRaspberries
500mlCARTE D'OR Raspberry Coulis 
50gRatafia biscuits or Tuille (optional)

Preparation

Advance preparation
Chill the serving dishes/glasses before service

1. Drain the peaches, cut in half and arrange in appropriate dishes with a scoop or two of ice cream.

2. Top with the fresh raspberries.

3. Serve with the raspberry coulis masked over garnished with the biscuits

Handy hint
Consider offering a selection of wafers to complement the dish and perhaps some whipped MEADOWLAND Culinary Double
