Vanilla ice-cream with warm toffee sauce

| 500 | ml | CARTE D'OR Creme Vanilla Ice-cream light varient. |
| 250 | ml | Meadowland Double – the benefits of double cream without the disadvantages |
| 75 | g | FLORA Buttery Spread 2kg |
| 100 | g | Brown sugar |
Preparation
Advanced preparation.
Pre scoop ice-cream. Freeze chill the serving dish.
Method.
1. For the sauce place all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is of required considtency.
4. Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream centre of plate and drizzle / serve the sauce separately as appropriate.
Handy hint
If not for immediate use, place in a clean container, cover, label and refrigerate.
