500mlCARTE D'OR Creme Vanilla Ice-cream light varient.
250mlMeadowland Double – the benefits of double cream without the disadvantages 
75gFLORA Buttery Spread 2kg 
100gBrown sugar

Preparation

Advanced preparation.
Pre scoop ice-cream. Freeze chill the serving dish.

Method.
1. For the sauce place all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is of required considtency.
4. Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream centre of plate and drizzle / serve the sauce separately as appropriate.

Handy hint
If not for immediate use, place in a clean container, cover, label and refrigerate.
