Preparation
Advance preparation
Make meringues to appropriate recipe or purchase pre made. Chill serving dishes.
1. Place meringues in the serving dish, add a scoop of the sorbet, drizzle with the coulis and garnish with a sprig of fresh blackcurrants.
2. Serve as required.
