Banana & Almond Muffins

| 85 | g | FLORA Buttery Spread 2kg |
| 100 | g | Bananas , chopped |
| 55 | g | Almonds |
| 120 | g | Egg x 2 |
| 150 | g | Yoghurt, natural |
| 150 | ml | Semi skimmed milk |
Preparation
Advance preparation
Pre heat an oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4. Prepare 10 muffin tins with individual muffin cases.
Method
1.Sieve dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix lightly until smooth.
3.Spoon mixture into 10 prepared muffin cases.
4.Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes until lightly browned and fully cooked.
5.Serve hot or cold, with Flora portions.
Handy Hint
Paper cases insert into the muffin tins will presemt the muffins more professionally. Brush bananas with JIF lemon Juice to prevent discolouration.
Service Hint
Serve with Honey and Greek Yoghurt.
