PreparationAdvanced preparation
Pre heat an oven to 180ºC (350ºF) Gas 4 or pre heat a grill.
1. In a suitable bowl add pork pieces and mix in the oil and garlic paste. Cover and refrigerate til required for use.
2. Evenly skewer pork, mushrooms, peppers and bay leaves onto 10 skewers, place on a grilling tray, cover, refrigerate and use as required.
3. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 10-15 mins or grill under a pre-heated grill, turning and basting occasionally, until thoroughly cooked .
4. Serve with a mixed green salad and warmed pitta bread.
