Prepare the loin by trimming of all fat and cutting into 10 steaks. Lay the steaks out on a layer of cling film and lay another sheet on top. Bat each steak till the ¼” thick. Warm serving dishes.
Method.
1. Brush each piece of pork with the garlic paste and then pass through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Place on a suitable tray and refrigerate till required.
2. Decant the sauce into a heavy bottomed pan and place over a medium to high heat, bring to the boil. Cover and place in a Bain Marie till required.
3. In a suitable sauté pan add the oil and bring to a medium to high heat, add the pork and cook till golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
4. Place the pork centre of plate and either serve the sauce on the side or spooned around the pork.
Handy Hint.
Other cuts and types of meat could be used like tenderloin of pork, veal, beef sirloin and also lamb. The HELLMANN’S Sandwich Delight can also be used to top steaks and other grilled meats.
