PreparationAdvance preparation
Wash and prepare all the vegetables to an even size.
1. Place oil in a heavy bottomed pan and bring to a medium to high heat. Add onion and vegetables, less the bean sprouts, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add bean sprouts and sauce, bring to the boil and cook gently for 2 minutes.
3. Cook rice as per the manufacturer’s instructions or as required.
4. Serve in a large heated bowl, with vegetables masked over a bed of rice.
