Fresh mushrooms with porcini vegetable sauce served with tagliatelle.

| 900 | g | Chestnut mushrooms sliced |

Preparation

Prepare ingredients as above. warm serving dishes.
1. Cook tagliatelle as per manufacturers instructions
2. Place Vegetale sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil simmer for a couple of minutes. Cover and place in bain marie till required.
3. Place oil in a saucepan, bring to a medium heat, add mushrooms & onion and cook gently until soft (about 3 minutes). Pour in and blend the porcini finishing bouillon.
4. Serve pasta in a large heated bowl, topped with the mushrooms and masked with Vegetale sauce.
Handy hint.
A protein like chicken or beef could be used as well as the mushrooms.
