Chicken Chow Mein

100gCelery prepared & sliced
100gButton mushrooms prepared & sliced
600gBean sprouts
250gSpring onions prepared & sliced
550gKNORR Fresh Egg Noodle Nests 
31mlSesame oil
600gBamboo shoots prepared & sliced

Preparation

Advance preparation
Trim any exces fat from chicken, wash and prepare all the vegetables to an even size.

1. Cook the noodles in simmering water according to manufacturers instructions. Drain and refrigerate in a covered dish until required for use.
2. Place the oil in a non stick wok or frying pan and raise to a medium to high heat. Add the chicken and cook by stir fying for 2-3 minutes, add the five spice paste, cook for a further 1 minute.
3. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Refresh the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, drain, place in a dish, add the finishing bouillon and mix in the vegetables and chicken.
5. Serve in a large heated bowl with the vegetables and chicken mixed with the noodles or alternatively serve the vegetables and chicken on a bed of noodles.
