Ingredients (10 portions)

100gBanana shallots prepared and sliced
500gGreen beans prepared, blanched and refreshed
250gShitake mushrooms prepared and quartered
200mlKNORR Blue Dragon Create More Black Bean Concentrated Sauce 
200mlWater
10gCoriander washed and chopped

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Warm the serving plates. Prepare the ingredients as above.

Method
1. Heat the oil in a suitable pan over a medium to high heat.
2. Add the shallots, beans and mushrooms and fry until lightly golden.
3. Add the KNORR BLUE DRAGON Create More Black Bean Concentrated Sauce and water. Mix well and bring to the boil. 4. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until the beans and mushrooms are thoroughly cooked.
5. Serve garnished with the chopped coriander.

Service Hint
Serve with grilled meats or fish.

Handy Hint
Green beans can be replaced with mixed vegetables, prawns or other meat substitutes.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum. If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
