Preparation
Advance Preparation
Prepare the vegetables, dice evenly into 1" chunks. Warm the service plates. Pre heat an oven to 180ºC (350ºF) gas 4.
Method
1. Prepare polenta by dissolving Knorr Chicken bouillon in 500ml of boiling water. Add polenta and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Spread onto a shallow oven tray. When cool cut into 1" chunks.
2. Thread the corn, chicken wings, polenta and peppers onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients. Place on a suitable oven tray with the Flora and place in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Decant the required amount of sauce into a saucepan or jug, cover until required for use.
4. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Keep hot.
5. Remove skewers from the oven and serve with tomato sauce.
Handy hint
Can be served with crusty bread and salad. The skewers can also be cooked under a pre-heated grill. Try making your own skewers by using mature rosemary branches, removing the excess leaves, keepig a few at the top and cutting to required size.

Keep added salt to a minimum. This helps to provide a healthy balanced dish.
