Preparation
Advance preparation
Warm the serving plates.
Method
1.Cook the rice according to the manufacturers instructions and keep hot in a bain marie or similar. brush the garlic over the pork and coat in the flour.
2.Melt the Flora Original Spread in a saucepan, add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft but not brown.
3.Add the pork and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Add the mushrooms and peppercorns and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender and thoroughly cooked. Stir in the yogurt and heat through gently.
5.Serve as required with the cooked rice.
