Steak with a Creamy Pepper Sauce

40gKNORR PROFESSIONAL Pureed Herbs Garlic  
750mlKNORR Pepper Sauce Mix 
200mlMeadowland Double – the benefits of double cream without the disadvantages 
10gParsley

Preparation

Advanced Preparation.
Warm serving dishes. Pre-heat grill, griddle or char grill.

Method.

1. Prepare and trim the steak and cut in to 10 steaks, rub each of the steaks with the garlic puree.

2. Make up the sauce as per manufactures instructions. Add the meadowland and bring back to the simmer.

3. Cook the steaks to customers requirement and then let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

4. Serve centre of plate with sauce drizzled around or in a separate sauce boat, garnish with a sprig of parsley.

Service Hint
Serve with grilled mushrooms, grilled tomato and oven baked chips

Handy Hint.
Other cuts of beef could be used like fillet or rump.

Healthy Hint
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
