1pcPEPERAMI Hot 24 x 25g sliced
60gTomatoes sliced
30gOnions, red sliced
100gCheese, Cheddar grated
3gPeppers, chilli sliced

Preparation

Advance preparation

Unwrap and defrost pizza bases as required, in refrigerator, on the morning of requirement. Pre heat the oven to 200oC (400oF) Gas 6. Prepare sufficient topping ingredients in advance to cope with order rushes.

1. Place the pizza base on a baking tray, evenly place the chorizo, tomato and onion on top.

2. Evenly cover with the cheddar cheese, sprinkle with the sliced chillies and bake in the pre heated oven till thoroughly cooked approximately 6 minutes. 8-10 minutes from a frozen base.

3. Serve hot, straight from the oven, as a whole or in slices.

Handy hint

Use chorizo or any other spicy sausage if you cannot source pepperami. Serve with a crispy green salad.

Nutrition
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
