Ingredients (10 portions)

150mlKnorr PATAK'S Create More Rogan Josh Concentrated Sauce 
100gRed onions prepared and sliced
100gGreen peppers prepared and sliced
25gCoriander washed and chopped
100gTomatoes de-seeded and diced
250gChicken tikka pieces
125gMozarella cheese grated

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Pre heat an oven to 180ºC (375ºF) gas 5. Warm the serving plates. Prepare ingredients as above.
Method
1. Lay the naan breads on to suitable baking trays evenly spread over the concentrated sauce.

2. Arrange evenly over the onion, peppers, coriander and tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle over the tikka chicken and then top with the grated mozzarella.

4. Place into the pre heated oven and cook until golden and chicken is thoroughly cooked.

5. Serve centre of plate.

Service Hint
Serve with a green salad.

Handy Hint
Lamb can be replaced with chicken, mixed vegetables, prawns or other meat substitutes.
Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
