Method.
1. Slice ciabbata in half.
2. Decant the sandwich delight in to a mixing bowl, add the basil herb paste.
3. Spread the ciabbata with the basil flavoured sandwich delight and top with the lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella.
5. Serve cut in half.

You could add some crisp pancetta to give a crunchy texture
