Chicken Fajita Wrap

| 50 | g | Red peppers halved deseeded and cut into strips |
| 50 | g | Green peppers halved deseeded and cut into strips |
| 100 | g | Lettuce mixed leaves shredded |
Preparation
Advanced Preparation.
Prepare the chicken into thin strips and remove any excess fat or gristle. Wash and prepare the vegetables as required. Warm the tortillas and the service dishes
Method.
1. Mix the chicken with the fajita seasoning to flavour and season. If not using immediately place in a suitable dish, cover, label and refrigerate until required for use.
2. Decant the required amount of sauce into a saucepan or jug. If not using immediately, cover, label and refrigerate until required for use.
3. Bring a dry non stick wok to a medium to high heat and thoroughly cook the chicken, 6-8 minutes. Add the sauce and bring back to the boil.
4. Lay the tortillas out onto a clean cutting board. Evenly divide the; peppers, lettuce and cooked chicken centre of the tortillas, Fold in each end and roll.
5. Cut in half, place centre of plate and garnish as required.
Service Hint
Serve with oven baked potato wedges flavoured with KNORR Stir It Up Fajita Paste.
Handy Hint.
Consider using other white protein such as; turkey, pork or alternatively prawns and tuna as an alternative to chicken.
Healthy Hint.
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
