American Style Hickory Burgers

| 50 | g | KNORR Americas Hickory Smoked BBQ Paste |
| 300 | ml | KNORR Americas Sweet Hickory BBQ Ready to Use Sauce |

| 250 | g | Tomatoes sliced |
| 200 | g | Lettuce mixed leaves washed and shredded |
| 150 | ml | HELLMANN'S Light 5ltr Mayonnaise |
Preparation

Wash and prepare the lettuce as required. Pre heat a salamander grill or char grill as appropriate.
Method
1. Place the burgers on a tray and brush evenly with the BBQ paste. If not required for immediate use, cover, label and refrigerate.
2. Decant the BBQ sauce into a sauce pan, bring to the boil over a low heat, cover and set aside until required for use. Warm the burger buns.
3. Place the burgers on a clean tray, grill both sides until thoroughly cooked.
4. Add the lettuce to the burger buns, place a burger on top, followed by the tomato.
5. Serve centre of plate either open or closed with a serving of the BBQ sauce masked and HELLMANN'S over or served separately.
Service hint
Serve with oven baked potato wedges.
Handy hint
A number of sauces and pastes from the KNORR Range can be used to flavour and serve with the burgers. Onion can be added to the tomato and ideally served with oven chips or potato wedges.
Nutrition
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
