1.7  l KNORR Thick Vegetable Soup 25ptn
200  g Carrots, old diced
400  g Broccoli, fresh florets
200  g Leeks , diced

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Warm the serving bowls.

Method

1. Wash and prepare the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate until required for use.

2. Make up the soup as per manufacturers instructions, using 110g mix for 1.7L soup. Bring to the boil and keep hot.

3. Add the carrots. Bring back to the boil, and then simmer for 3 minutes.

4. Add the remaining vegetables Simmer for a further 5 minutes.

5. Serve ladled into warmed bowls.

Handy Hints:
Serve with toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Garnish with fresh Parsley
