Preparation

ADVANCE PREPARATION
Warm the serving bowls. Prepare and fry off the fresh bread croutons in the FLORA Original Spread

Method
1. Place the flora in a saute pan, bring to a medium to high heat and saute the onions until browned and caramelised.

2. Prepare the bouillon by whisking in 25g of paste to 1 ltr of boiling water.

3. Add the bouillon to the onions, bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Thicken as desired by whisking in the KNORR Brown Roux Granules.

5. Serve in the warmed bowls with the croutons and grated cheese.

Handy hint
For a non vegetarian version use KNORR Roast Beef Bouillon. KNORR Croutons can be used as an alternative to fresh.

Healthy Hint
Keep salt to a minimum. Serve with a 80g salad.
