200gCarrots diced
400gBroccoli florets
200gLeeks , diced

Preparation

Advance Preparation
Warm the serving bowls.

Method

1. Wash and prepare the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate until required for use.

2. Make up the soup as per manufacturers instructions, using 110g mix for 1.7L soup. Bring to the boil and keep hot.

3. Add the carrots. Bring back to the boil, and then simmer for 3 minutes.

4. Add the remaining vegetables and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

5. Serve into warmed bowls.

Service Hint
Serve with toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Garnish with fresh parsley

Handy Hints:
The flavour of the soup can be changed by adding any of the KNORR Professional Pureed Herb and Spice Range.

Healthy Nutritional Advice
Added salt is not recommended but if used keep to a minimum . If using oil use unsaturated (olive or sunflower) and reduce the quantity used where possible. This helps to provide a nutritional balanced dish.
