Rob, originally from the north but now living in Bath, started his career working for Anthony Worrall-Thompson at Ménage à Tois. After stints at both Nico Ladenis at Heath Lodge and Rochester Row, Rob left London and moved to Hunstrete House Hotel in Bath where, as head chef, he secured a Michelin star in 1995. In 1997 he moved to the Priory Hotel in Bath where, once again, he was awarded another Michelin star. Looking for a different challenge, Rob then joined forces with Merchant Inns Plc where he currently works as their executive chef. - 2 marathon to date
