Jean Luc has run a staggering 83 marathons all around the world, including 14 London marathons. He sets himself time challenges for each marathon, which he beats with confidence. He has been a chef for over 20 years, with roles including head chef at Simply Nico. He is currently working at Coq d'Argent as a senior-sous chef.
