Shane O’Connor

Shane came to work in the UK from Ireland with a strong determination and passion for food. He worked as a chef in various Michelin starred establishments including Cliveden Hotel in Berkshire, L'Escargot in Soho and the Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge. Shane now works for Unilever Foodsolutions as a development chef where he shares his knowledge and experience of fine dining to develop superior products for Unilever Foodsolutions' customers.
