Paul Robinson

Paul studied and worked as an illustrator before his passion for food moved him into the catering industry. He worked his way up from a kitchen porter to chef de partie at 'The Withies' – a family owned restaurant near Guildford. Paul later moved to The Wheatsheaf Inn in Haslemere, where he has been working ever since.
