Michel Roux Jr. became Chef Patron at the world famous Michelin starred Le Gavroche restaurant in 1991 and is the acclaimed author of four cookery books. He honed his award winning skills working for master chefs in Paris, Lyon, Hong Kong and London, and spent two years with Alain Chapel.
