Step 2 : Collecting Points

• With your outlet account number and password you will be able to login and browse the Passport to Flavour website and discover what gifts you will be able to claim with your points.
• Please memorise your outlet account number and password and do not write it down. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your outlet account number and password. We will not be responsible for any debits made to your outlet account by unauthorised persons.
• To collect points, simply cut out the original barcodes from the labels of the KNORR RTU Sauces and Pastes listed on the news page and send them with your outlet details (name, address and email address) as supplied at the time of registration to the following Claim Address:

• Photocopies of the barcodes, incomplete or illegible claims for points will not be accepted. No proof of purchase other than the barcodes will be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims for points lost or delayed in transit to the Claim Address. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Barcodes will become our property and will not be returned.
• On receipt and verification of the barcodes, we shall allocate points to your outlet’s account and send you an email confirming the point balance of the account.
• ID Points are not transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
