Joining the loyalty program and claiming gifts for your outlet is very easy. Please read through the following sections on our Registration Requirements, Collecting Points and Claiming Your Gifts which includes important information which explains how the scheme will work and supplements the ID Points Shop User Terms available on the Passport to Flavour website, www.passporttoflavour.co.uk.. Step 1: Registration Requirements - The loyalty scheme is open to all bona fide UK catering establishments excluding publicly funded bodies and members of chains, which at the time of registration, have 50 or more outlets and a central buying function.
- Employees signing up to the scheme, on behalf of the catering establishment, must obtain the consent of their employer.
- Once your catering establishment’s details have been checked, your outlet’s account will be opened and you will receive an email with your outlet account number and password.
- A letter will also be sent to the address provided at the time of registration with a copy of the terms & conditions
- In the event your application is denied you will be notified by email.
- You will receive confirmation of our decision whether or not to open an account for your outlet within 7 days of receipt of your outlet’s application.
- If we believe this to be the case we will contact you by email for clarification of your outlet’s status.
- If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of our email seeking clarification within 14 days, your account will be closed immediately and we will send you an email to this effect.
- Within 14 days of receipt of your response, we will confirm our decision whether or not to close your establishment’s account.
- During the clarification process, we reserve the right to refuse to process any claims for gifts.
Our decision regarding eligibility for the scheme is final. Only one account may be opened per outlet. All communications on the scheme shall be by email unless otherwise stated.
