To Assemble:

  • Reduced fat cheddar cheese 40.0 g
  1. Advanced Preparation:

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    • Make up the KNORR Béchamel sauce by adding the Béchamel powder to boiling water.
    • Simmer for 3 min. and reserve.
  2. For the Filling:

    • Dry fry the mince, onions and mushrooms until lightly golden.
    • Add the KNORR Tomato and Basil Create More and water, mix well bringing the Sauce back to a gentle simmer.
  3. To Assemble:

    • Place half the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and cover with half of the Lasagne Sheets.
    • Pour half the Béchamel sauce over the lasagne sheets, spreading evenly, then top with the remaining ingredients in order.
    • Finally, top with the remaining Béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
  4. To Bake & Finish:

    • Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 min. or until the lasagne is thoroughly cooked.
    • Remove, cut into ten equal portions and serve.
    • Serve with 1 or more portions of vegetable or salad as a side.
