To Assemble:

  • Reduced fat cheddar cheese 40 g
  1. Advanced Preparation:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
    • Make up the KNORR béchamel sauce by adding the béchamel powder to boiling water,
    • Simmer for 3 minutes and reserve.
  2. For the Filling:

    • Dry fry the mince, onions and mushrooms until lightly golden.
    • Add theKNORR Tomato and Basil Create More and water, mix well bringing the sauce back to a gentle simmer.
  3. To Assemble:

    • Place half the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and cover with half of the Lasagne Sheets.
    • Pour half the béchamel sauce over the lasagne sheets, spreading evenly, then top with the remaining ingredients in order
    • Finally, top with the remaining béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
  4. To Bake & Finish:

    • Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the lasagne is thoroughly cooked.
    • Remove, cut into ten equal portions and serve.
    • Serve with 1 or more portions of vegetable or salad as a side.
