Reduced fat cheddar cheese 40.0 g
Preparation

Advanced Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Make up the KNORR Béchamel sauce by adding the Béchamel powder to boiling water.
- Simmer for 3 min. and reserve.

For the Filling:
- Dry fry the mince, onions and mushrooms until lightly golden.
- Add the KNORR Tomato and Basil Create More and water, mix well bringing the Sauce back to a gentle simmer.

To Assemble:
- Place half the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and cover with half of the Lasagne Sheets.
- Pour half the Béchamel sauce over the lasagne sheets, spreading evenly, then top with the remaining ingredients in order.
- Finally, top with the remaining Béchamel sauce and grated cheese.

To Bake & Finish:
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 min. or until the lasagne is thoroughly cooked.
- Remove, cut into ten equal portions and serve.
- Serve with 1 or more portions of vegetable or salad as a side.
