Method:

  • Rapeseed oil 80 ml
  • Black peppercorns 5 g
  • Mustard seeds 5 g
  • Green Chillieschopped 30 g
  • Red Chillieschopped 30 g
  • Ginger finely chopped 50 g
  • Garlic finely chopped 50 g
  • Ground black peppercracked 30 g
  • Curry leaves 20 g
  • Striploin of beefcut into strips 1000 g
  • Lemon juice 20 ml
  1. Method:

    • Heat oil in a suitable pan and add the black peppercorns and mustard seeds until they crackle.
    • Add the chillis and fresh ginger and garlic.
    • Add the beef and seal until all the beef is browned.
    • Add the cracked black pepper, curry leaves and stir-fry for 4-5 min.
    • Add the lemon juice and salt as necessary.
    • Serve and garnish.
