For the burger patty:

  • Minced beef 710.0 g
  • Sausage, chorizo 240.0 g
  • Egg 46.0 g
  • Salt 5.0 g

For the chimichurri mayonnaise:

For the burger salad:

  • Little gem lettuce 200.0 g
  • Beefsteak Tomatoes 200.0 g
  • Red onions 100.0 g

For the burger:

  • Brioche Bun 10.0 pc
  • Gouda cheese 250.0 g


  1. For the burger patty:

    • Take the beef mince, diced chorizo and mix together with the egg and salt.
    • Form 10 even sized balls and press into a ring mould to the desired diameter.
  2. For the chimichurri mayonnaise:

    • Finely chop the flat leaf parsley, oregano, bay leaf and chives.
    • Mix the chopped herbs with the HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise.
    • Then add in the the KNORR Professional Garlic Puree.
  3. For the burger salad:

    • Take the little gem and remove the base. Take off the individual leaves, wash and dry.
    • Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into rounds.
    • Peel the red onion then finely slice into rings.
  4. For the burger:

    • Grill the burger patty to the desired temperature.
    • When the burger is cooked and is resting, add the Gouda cheese and grill the cheese on top and the bun at the same time.
    • Place the beefsteak tomato and little gem lettuce on the base of the bun.
    • Place the burger patty on then top then thered onion.
    • Top this with the Chimichirri Mayonnaise and place the burger bun lid on top.
